Whether organizations are looking to build a new contact centre from scratch, evaluate new customer interaction technologies, enhance their existing customer service operations, accommodate new customer access channels such as social media, explore Outsourcing partnerships, etc., MECC ’15 will allow them to compare and contrast the latest products, services and solutions. All of the region’s top contact centre suppliers and Outsource Service Providers (OSPs) are participating alongside specialist providers in areas such as call centres in the cloud, social CRM, mobile apps, workforce optimisation, performance management, quality assurance, performance management, automation options (speech recognition and biometrics), voice of the customer tools, data analytics and more. Most of the MECC ’15 exhibitors, in grand MECC tradition, will be offering special show deals and discounts.”

As well as interacting with a host of booth subject matter experts on their particular CX concerns and challenges, MECC ’15 Exhibition visitors can also explore multiple, new development ideas and update themselves on new products and services in the “Free Vendor Seminars” Presentations Area. The program here has been significantly enhanced this year and special breakouts on “Creative Outsourcing Services”, “Speech Analytics”, “Customer Journey Mapping” and “Virtual Call Centres” are just some of the sessions to look forward to. Other notable aspects of the show include free, 1-on-1 call centre business consultancy, guidance on both site and personal Certification options and the chance, as a form of creative distraction, to enjoy a unique Virtual Reality “ride” – guaranteed to bring a whole new meaning to the term “customer experience!”
