As well as interacting with a host of booth subject matter experts on their particular CX concerns and challenges, MECC ’15 Exhibition visitors can also explore multiple, new development ideas and update themselves on new products and services in the “Free Vendor Seminars” Presentations Area. The program here has been significantly enhanced this year and special breakouts on “Creative Outsourcing Services”, “Speech Analytics”, “Customer Journey Mapping” and “Virtual Call Centres” are just some of the sessions to look forward to. Other notable aspects of the show include free, 1-on-1 call centre business consultancy, guidance on both site and personal Certification options and the chance, as a form of creative distraction, to enjoy a unique Virtual Reality “ride” – guaranteed to bring a whole new meaning to the term “customer experience!”
