In fact, a survey conducted by OnePoll found that most consumers (58%) believe that, even after the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ll have more digital interactions than they did previously. As a result, many retailers will have to cater to both online and offline shoppers this holiday season.
In other words, they have to provide a compelling and consistent hybrid consumer experience that accommodates all customers, no matter how they choose to engage.
Understanding the Experience
So, what exactly does a hybrid consumer experience entail?
