Show organizers INSIGHTS have announced the two main sponsors for this year’s Middle East Call Centre 2011 (MECC ’11) show. Representing contact centre solutions vendors is international market leader Avaya, whilst for outsourcing service providers, Smartlink of Saudi Arabia occupies the leading role. Both vendors have sponsored previous MECC events, including last year.
Commented Dominick Keenaghan, president of Dubai-based INSIGHTS, “we are delighted to be working with Avaya and Smartlink once more. The success of previous events was obviously a key factor in the decisions but continuous relationships like this allow us to get to know the clients better and thus match their expectations more closely. So this year, for example, one of the aims of Smartlink is to highlight the fact that they work with many of the region’s annual Call Centre Awards winners. Similarly Avaya is keen to demonstrate it’s continuing success in the government call centre market. MECC ’11, with its multifaceted format, allows us to combine elements of the conference, exhibition, breakout workshops, networking, advertising, Award Night and so on to come up with unique, brand and awareness-building promotions.”
Keenaghan concluded, “MECC ’11 is the region’s prime opportunity to get up-to-speed with the latest contact centre trends, discover better ways to do business and forge key personal relationships.
Smartlink and Avaya are both market leaders in their sectors and are constantly innovating in terms of what they have to offer. We hope as many regional companies as possible take the chance at MECC ’11 to review their customer management strategies and leverage the abilities of Avaya and Smartlink to help them serve customers and develop these relationships for mutual ongoing benefit.”
