MECC 14 Sponsorship Deals Announced

Middle East Call Centre Conference & ExhibitionWith excitement building for the region’s premier call centre event on June 8/9 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre (DICEC), we are pleased to announce the line-up of sponsors for this year’s show.  Firstly, we are delighted to welcome back Smartlink of KSA and Cupola of UAE as the premium sponsors of MECC ’14.  Both are market leaders in Call Centre Outsourcing services in their respective countries and both are continuing to expand in their individual markets by continuously looking to grow existing client relationships and expand these value propositions accordingly.  Above all, they both bring extensive market experience to the table and for companies looking at Outsourcing partnership they should be the first two stops on any visitors list to the MECC ’14 Exhibition.

Next up on the sponsorship roll is international BPO behemoth, Teleperformance.  Teleperformance is one of the world’s leading BPO companies and is using the MECC ’14 Exhibition sponsorship platform to announce it’s presence in the GCC market arena.  They already have operating entities in Egypt and Lebanon, and by combining Arabic offerings with their strengths in business processing, it looks set to provide new levels of professionalism to the market.

On the “theme sponsorship” front, this year, we have two market players to highlight.  First up is Bahrain-based Silah who are using the MECC ’14 platform to emphasize the one-stop nature of it’s educational, consulting, bpo and technology offerings.  Secondly, we have Genesys, who are witnessing rapid growth in the market at present through the innovative, all-in-one nature of their customer engagement centre offerings.  Genesys are running with the theme “Unleash The Power Of Customer Experience“ at MECC ‘14 and will be making several new product introduction and enhancement announcements at the show.

As always, the MECC ’14 Exhibition is the place to be to feel the pulse of the market with respect to technology, solutions, systems integrators, services and outsource service providers.  Not only does the MECC ’14 Exhibition showcase the best the region has to offer in these areas but the participating vendors go out of their way to put together special deals and discounts for show visitors (it’s become a MECC tradition!).  With savings amounting to thousands of dollars on offer you would be crazy not to want to invest a few hours of your time to take advantage.  But even if you are not ready to pull out your cheque book just yet, the information, contacts and guidance you can collect at MECC ’14 will prove invaluable to your career, and your company.  MECC, in effect, is designed to allow you to take charge of your call centres future and it’s a one-stop shop towards that goal – whether that is launching a new call centre from scratch, comparing different technologies and vendor solutions to find the best choice for your situation, exploring your individual requirements in more detail with subject matter experts and/or understanding the advantages and trade-offs of working with outsourcers.  And that’s not even counting all the FREE stuff that you can enjoy as part of your visit such as prize-draw entry, wi-fi, best practice guides, showcase theatre presentations, and so on – for your FREE Exhibition pass go to www.insights-me.com/mecc

Enjoy the rest of the MECC ’14 newsletter and hopefully we will see you at MECC ’14 in Dubai in early June.
