The INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2015 competition got off to the perfect start this year with the inaugural (and free-to-attend) Call Centre Awards ’15 kick-off event held in Dubai on Jan 18. The aim of the event was to help competitors understand more about how the competition works and how they can improve their chances of winning by preparing better submissions. It was also a platform to answer any particular or lingering questions a competitor might have.
Conducted by Awards international judge, Dr. Brownell O’Connor the well-received content included topics such as which Awards were available, analysis of results from previous years, strategic and operational models that competitors need to master, the peer-judging process to be run on April 30, and tips from previous Awards Winners submissions. The Awards competition is now open for the receipt of submissions until Mar 31. The Awards “Black Tie” Gala Dinner night where the winners will be announced will be held during MECC ’15 on May 12.
