ALJL entrusted Tawasol – A highly experienced Solutions Provider and integrations Co. with qualified professionals, who consistently delivers the highest quality Contact Center and unified communications “VOIP” solutions, as their key consultants and implementing partner.

Tawasol, also a partner for Globitel in the western region of KSA, reached to an agreement with ALJL to install a call recording with the latest innovative technology which is offered from Globitel. With over 260 Branches spread all over the Kingdom, ALJL needed an architecture that could support its complex, multi-site, multi-client and multi-project business model.
