INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2014 Competition Opens This Month.

The region’s premier Call Centre Awards competition will be open for applications in a matter of weeks.  INSIGHTS, the organizers, are looking to include even more regional participation in the judging process this time around and will shortly announce the format changes alongside some adjusted procedures, timelines and brand new categories.  On the timeline front, the two most important are already decided.  They are the submission receipt closing date of March 15 and the Awards Gala Dinner right of June 8.

Time has also been allocated in February to allow competitors to get up-to-speed on the INSIGHTS methodology that the judges use to assess a submission and to ask any pertinent questions.  For these and other Awards details watch out for an INSIGHTS email in your mailbox shortly.
