Yes, we don’t know where the time has gone either, but next May 12 will see the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards competition. From those humble beginnings of just 3 Awards and a handful of entries we are now looking at over 10 times as many Awards to compete for and hundreds of entries to mark. For us at INSIGHTS, with unique access to the content of all of these submissions over the years, it is the best single source of confirmation of how quickly the industry has matured and developed.
As always with the Awards, INSIGHTS is looking to make the competition more relevant and useful to participants every time. Over the last few years, the trend towards having all the major Awards decided by regional peers has been established. This year we will have a new “kick-off” event to help participants understand more about how the Awards submission and marking processes work. If you are serious about ongoing development at your call centre then you need to be part of this competition – it is a proven catalyst for change, improvement and team building.
