REGIONAL ORGANISATIONS SERIOUS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HEADING TO THE CALL CENTRE SHOW

The annual Middle East Call Centre 2012 (MECC ’12) show is due to open in Dubai at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre (DICEC) on June 5, and show organizers INSIGHTS are predicting the most useful and beneficial show for visitors in the series to date.

According to Dominick Keenaghan, president of INSIGHTS, “MECC ’12 Exhibition pre-registrations are currently running in excess of 50% of last year’s rate.  MECC ’12 has more exhibitors than ever and we are currently at double the number of main conference registrations over last year.  Clearly the region is taking it’s call centre and customer service commitments more seriously and that bodes well for the region’s long suffering customers.”

“In fact”, continued Keenaghan, “the regions vendors already recognize this change in market sentiment and MECC ‘12 Exhibitors are going out of their way to announce new solutions and special MECC ‘12 offers and discounts.  So, for example, Social Media and Mobility solutions in the customer service space will be a big theme at MECC ‘12 this year whilst the rapidly expanding Outsourcing Services market will see a slew of new regional players make their MECC show market debut.  Many of these will be announcing “introductory” offers at the show including the waiver of fees on start-up consultancy services, preparation of an In house vs. Outsourced Contact Centre Costing Comparison, analysis and identifications of the processes and services to be considered for outsourcing and developing most of  the outsourcing mission, strategy, service level agreement (SLA), and goals statement (OMSSG).

Any organisation thinking about Outsourcing at this time needs to takes full advantage at these offers; they’ll save the company a fortune.

Elsewhere at the show, visitors will be able to enjoy a host of other  free options that includes contact centre consultancy guidance, international vendor seminars in the Trends & Technologies Theatre, an opportunity to receive a customized benchmarking report, entry into multiple prize draws and a chance to attend this year’s Main Conference keynote on the first day at no charge.

Concluded Keenaghan, “the MECC ’12 exhibitors have been very creative in putting together special deals, discounts and offers for MECC show visitors.  Combine this with the opportunity to collect valuable planning guides and interact with the numerous subject matter experts and independent consultants in attendance, and regional individuals and organisations have the perfect opportunity to advance their call centre and customer service plans.  It’s a total win-win for everybody”.
