So, welcome to the annual, INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre 2015 (MECC ’15) Exhibition, the most significant contact centre and CX event of its kind in the region, and one where with some timely show introductions, presentations and discussions on your part you can achieve a substantial amount of understanding and clarity for yourself personally and for your company’s CX development plans in a highly productive and conducive environment.

To complement all of this, sitting in on some, if not all, of our ever-popular and free-to-attend vendor presentation sessions in the “Trends & Technologies” Theatre is a must. It’s a very full program again this year (see over the page for the program schedule), and is a sure-fire way to interrogate suppliers, ensure you are examining the right solutions for your organization and getting the best purchasing deals – and as usual there are plenty of those attractive MECC ’15 show offers for you to take advantage of again, especially we hear, amongst the numerous Outsource Service Providers participating in the show this year.
As always at a MECC event, there are some extra-special activities for you to enjoy and participate in. Many of the exhibitors will again be running free-to-enter prize draws and this category also includes our popular “Passport” promotion for a new Samsung Edge S6 phone each day that you will have been told about at the MECC ’15 registration desk – the draws for these will be conducted there at 5.30 pm each day. There is also a CX visitor survey form which, on completion, entitles you to a very special bonus in the Mystery Zone (Stand A3).
